Loving husband, Dad and Grandpa, who will be forever in our hearts, and dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service to celebrate John's life will be held on Wednesday 22nd October at 2.00pm at Wilford Hill Crematorium Main Chapel Loughborough Rd, Nottingham NG2 7FE.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu for Parkinson's UK may be left at the service, online or sent care of A.W. Lymn
